My Senior Helpline is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities and older adults with vision, hearing, or dexterity needs.

What we do

  • Use large, highly legible fonts and strong color contrast.
  • Support keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines and a "skip to content" link.
  • Provide text descriptions for images and labels for all form fields.
  • Work on phones, tablets, and computers, and with browser zoom.
